PD. PAL Jaya Completes 7 Pipeline Network Construction Packages at Zone 0

PD. Wastewater Management (PAL) Jaya has completed 7 of 9 pipeline network construction packages at Zone 0 in Jl. Jenderal Sudirman, Manggarai, SCBD, Jl. Gatot Subroto and Jl. HR. Rasuna Said.

The one that located on Jl. Asia Afrika has reached 75 percent for its construction

PD. PAL Jaya Administration and Finance Director, Sigit Suryanto said, pipeline network construction in Zone 0 has been started since 2018. There are two pipeline network construction packages that haven't finished yet which located on Jl. Asia Afrika and Jl. Jenderal Sudirman Timur.

"The one that located on Jl. Asia Afrika has reached 75 percent for its construction. It starts from the former Taman Ria to Plaza Senayan for about 5 kilometers. Currently, we are still working on microtunneling or making a small tunnel using underground drilling machine. Our target is to finish it in the next two or three months," he mentioned, Wednesday (8/12).

Meanwhile for construction on Jl. Jenderal Sudirman Timur has reached 55 percent and currently it is on the process of microtunneling.

Delay in those two packages, especially for Sudirman Timur package was due to Asian Games and Asian Para Games events. His side got the permission to continue the pipeline network construction on October 2019.

"We need to do the construction carefully, especially in Sudirman Timur, because there are MRT and neat sidewalks. It makes the construction becomes more complicated. Thus we target it to finish next year," he conveyed.

Meanwhile, the other 7 construction packages in the south and north sides of Jl. Gatot Subroto have been completed in last April.
